In the game Prickle, your mission is to guide Dadhog through intricate labyrinths to retrieve your lively Hoglets and bring them back home by locating an exit door. However, since you must pick up and maneuver these Hoglets while dodging obstacles, it’s tricky. If you gather too many at a time, you’ll find yourself stuck, so you’ll need to strategize your moves wisely to guide each hoglet through the maze and bring them safely home.

Of course, the only issue with Prickle is that it’s so straightforward it’s hard to elaborate on. The graphics are that cosy type of hand-drawn artwork with comfortingly cute characters moving around a simple monochromatic world. The puzzles are difficult but fair, with simple mechanics that slowly branch out to be even more complex, to the point that it promises to put even hardened puzzle veterans to the test.

With its impressive 48 levels spread over four distinct seasons, Prickle caters well to seasoned puzzle enthusiasts, offering a wealth of challenging Sokoban-style puzzles for your solving pleasure.
