Cookie Run: Kingdom just received a December update, and the holidays are starting with a fun surprise! The mischievous Wicked Cookies have arrived, bringing with them a brand new Arcade Arena. This arena features different battle types each time you play, special seasonal rules, and a surprisingly intense competitive atmosphere – all with cookies as the fighters!
Throughout December, the Arcade Arena will feature four short seasons, one right after the other. Each season will change things up with different team sizes and which Cookies you can use. Plus, Elphaba and Glinda Cookies will add some unpredictable fun! They’ll be featured in themed game modes, starting with 5v5 Epic battles, then moving to Legendary fights, and finally culminating in a 7v7 Ultimate Clash where ‘Wicked’ Cookies will have full protection.
I’m really excited about the Arena’s progression! Basically, every season we get a fresh start, and the cool rewards we get depend on how well we do. We earn special coins – Arcade Arena Coins – just by winning battles, and we can spend those in a shop that gets updated with new stuff every season. It’s a great way to keep things interesting!
While one part of the update is fast-paced, the other is designed to be relaxing. Winter Night Campfire is a simple, cozy game where you cook for Cookies, focusing on timing and making sure nothing gets burnt. You’ll unlock new ingredients as you improve your campsite, and the recipes will become more challenging. Plus, there’s a new chocolate treat to add some extra enjoyment!
New outfits inspired by the world of Oz are now available for Lemon Cookie, Mercurial Knight Cookie, and Cloud Haetae Cookie. You can unlock these costumes through a special gacha event, and as you do, you’ll discover their unique stories. These events run alongside arena challenges and missions where you can earn seasonal rewards.
