In a little mid-week excitement, League of Legends: Wild Rift is launching patch 6.2 along with a fresh theme, Soulforce Awakening. With the introduction of new champions, updates on existing ones, and revised items, it’s an ideal moment to dive in and spend some more hours with Wild Rift this week.

Initially, let’s clarify what a Soulforce Awakening entails: Essentially, it revolves around the Soulforce Box. As you gather Soulforce energy, you can potentially unlock 12 different rewards as your Soulforce Box levels up. These perks include Collected Legends Card Packs, compressed ores, usable trial cards, and six unique Chromas for a new Champion called Aurora, the Witch Between Worlds.

To change things up a bit, how are those recently crowned champions? Aurora stands out as a potent mage, providing ample AP for players who enjoy causing trouble. Bard, on the other hand, is a Wandering Caretaker with unique characteristics in his Magical Journey and Tempered Fate abilities.

Finally, we’ve got Vel’Koz, the Eye of the Void. A Void-spawn who can serve as a long-range mage, he offers deadly plasma attacks to burst down foes.

As a devoted fan, I can’t help but share some exciting news about my favorite Champions! Galio, the mighty Colossus, and Swain have all received some attention. Specifically, the Shield of Durand on Galio has seen an adjustment, while Swain’s Demonic Ascension has been boosted with a buff. Additionally, Varus, Ashe, Zeri, Vayne, and Miss Fortune have each undergone targeted updates to enhance their intended playstyles. This makes it an ideal time to log in and experience these fresh changes for yourself!
