recently, OKX has followed the popular meme coin trend by adding two fresh tokens, namely Dogwifhat (WIF) and Cat in a Dog’s World (MES), to its platform. Both these tokens are based on the Solana blockchain.

According to the announcement, trading for WIF and MEW began at 9:00 am UTC on April 15 on OKX, with MEW following shortly after. Users are now able to deposit WIF and MEW tokens on the platform to trade them against Tether (USDT). Withdrawals for both tokens will be available starting at 10:00 am UTC on April 16.
Memecoins are experiencing a significant increase in usage and value, with over $X in transactions happening every day. Leveraging the strength of the Solana network, they have surpassed competitors such as Ethereum and Avalanche in terms of growth.
Currently, WIF was valued at about $3 during my writing process, representing an increase of nearly 9% over the previous 24-hour period.
Based on information from CoinGecko, MyEtherWallet’s price is now at $0.0054, representing a substantial 84% rise over the past 24 hours.
