Warframe unveils release for next narrative chapter and launches Android closed beta today

  • Digital Extremes have unveiled the launch date for their newest, and perhaps biggest update yet
  • More than that they’ve also launched their closed beta for the Android launch!
  • No word on if the new update will be playable, but you can sign up for the closed beta now

Warframe players have been eagerly awaiting ‘The Old Peace’ update, and it’s finally arriving on December 10th! While Android users might not be immediately thrilled, there’s good news: a closed beta for Warframe on Android is coming soon, letting you experience the game on your mobile device!

I’m so hyped for the Warframe beta! We don’t know yet if ‘The Old Peace’ update will be available to play right away, but honestly, there’s already tons to do in the game. If you’re a Warframe fan like me, you need to sign up for the beta on Android – you might be one of the first to try it out!

Okay, so I’ve been hearing a lot about The Old Peace, and it’s basically a deep dive into the backstory of Warframe! I’m not a total lore master like some people, but the way Digital Extremes announced the new Perita Rebellion mode, it sounds like it’s going to be a really big deal and really interesting to learn more about what happened in the past.

Digital Extremes would certainly be missing a trick not to give fans a chance to try the new content coming in this update. Warframe has already made a major mark on iOS, and launching on Android is sure to bring in many more fans.

Warframe has been popular for over ten years, and now you can finally try it out and see what all the devoted players love about it.

As the weekend approaches, I want to remind you about the 12th annual Pocket Gamer Awards. Last year, Warframe was nominated for Mobile Game of the Year after launching on mobile, so don’t forget to visit and vote for your favorites this year!
