UNDERCOVER x Sanrio Hello Kitty 50th Anniversary Collaboration
In partnership with Sanrio to mark Hello Kitty’s, Patty & Jimmy, and My Melody’s 50th anniversary, the fashion label UNDERCOVER led by Jun Takahashi has joined forces again with the Japanese entertainment company. They have created a wide range of ready-to-wear and accessories adorned with Sanrio’s iconic characters. The collection consists of sweatshirts, T-shirts, tote bags, caps, and pouches, all featuring beaded and sequined versions of each character’s original design from when Sanrio first launched, as well as UNDERCOVER’s trademark “U” and bear emblem. The UNDERCOVER x Sanrio 50th-anniversary collection will be available for purchase at Shinjuku Isetan Main Building and Nagoya Mitsukoshi starting on November 20, with online sales beginning on November 23.
