Reports from TMZ and the Los Angeles Times suggest that rapper Daystar Peterson, also known as Lanez, was attacked by another inmate in a yard at the facility where he’s currently detained on Monday morning. According to TMZ, Lanez was taken to a hospital in Bakersfield for treatment of his non-critical injuries, and the cause of the attack remains uncertain.
