First Look at New norda Silhouette

As a dedicated fan of norda running shoes, I’m always thrilled to see what new designs the brand is working on. And this latest sneaker, which was given a sneak peek during elite runner Jason Schlarb’s third-place finish at the Hardrock 100 ultramarathon, has me absolutely intrigued.


On Saturday, Norda, a Montreal-based running company, provided a sneak peek at an unannounced trail shoe which might develop into their 4th or 5th iteration in the series.

“Instead of making a statement, Norda quietly acknowledged Jason Schlarb’s third-place finish at the challenging Hardrock 100 ultramarathon on Instagram. The image collage showcases Schlarb wearing an unlaunched Norda running shoe during the race, without any explicit mention from the brand.”

In a muted color scheme, this robust shoe is clearly prepared for harsh environments. Its appearance bears a strong resemblance to the Norda 001, featuring a lace-up structure, streamlined build, and a low-profile collar. However, its upper material has a more distinct texture, giving it a slightly heavier feel than the 001. Additionally, its outsole and midsole are significantly larger.
