According to Variety, the Netflix original series “Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen” has appointed Andrea Sperling (known for her work on “Transparent” and “A Murder at the End of the World”) as an executive producer. This chilling show, described as an “atmospheric horror series,” is preparing to unfurl its suspenseful tale.

The Duffer brothers, renowned for producing one of the most popular TV shows ever, are well-versed in identifying talent. With “Stranger Things,” they’ve brought Millie Bobby Brown and her co-stars into the limelight. Millie started acting on the show when she was only 10 and has since enjoyed a remarkable career, while Finn Wolfhard has also shone brightly, featuring in Andy Muschietti’s “IT” movies, as well as “Ghostbusters: Afterlife” and its upcoming sequel.
