As a dedicated sneakerhead with a deep appreciation for New Balance and its rich heritage, I am thrilled to see yet another stunning iteration of the 990v6 drop. The “Paris” colorway is not only visually appealing but also carries a significant meaning for me as a fan of both sports and culture.

For the past three years, New Balance has been releasing updated versions of their 990v6 sneaker. Not only does the brand introduce new designs through regular launches, but it has also collaborated with Aimé Leon Dore and Joe Freshgoods this year. In preparation for the Olympic Games, New Balance is releasing a “Paris” colorway as a tribute to the city hosting the global sports event in 2024.
The new 990v6 sneaker features an intricately designed upper with a blend of mesh, leather, and suede. The base is dominated by an off-white hue, while brown tones are present on the overlays. Forest green adorns the “N” logos, and the interior lining boasts a deep red color. The sneaker’s support comes from its substantial midsole, which remains off-white in color, and is contrasted by a black outsole, finishing off the stylish design.
Currently, New Balance hasn’t made an official announcement about the launch of the “Paris” colorway of the 990v6, along with other pairs, in their upcoming MADE in USA line drop. Keep an eye out for further information as we anticipate it to become available on July 26 through New Balance and select retailers at approximately $200 USD.
