As a dedicated gamer and reality TV enthusiast, I’ve been following the Kardashian clan since the early days of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” The news that Hulu will be streaming a sixth season of “The Kardashians” has me absolutely thrilled!
Hulu will stream a sixth season — and potentially more than that — of The Kardashians.
Disney-owned streaming platform orders additional 20 episodes for the reality series starring the Kardashians, just before the fifth season ends.
It’s still uncertain how or if the upcoming 20 episodes will be organized. For the past five seasons of “The Kardashians,” each season has consisted of ten episodes since the family transitioned to Hulu from E! after 14 years and 20 seasons of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” Based on this pattern, these 20 episodes could represent two additional seasons. However, no definitive plan has been announced yet.
As a passionate gamer, I’m always excited about new releases, whether it’s a level-up in my favorite game or the premiere of a new season of a reality show like The Kardashians. And let me tell you, the fifth season really delivered! It premiered on May 23, and according to Hulu, it was their most watched unscripted premiere of the year so far in the U.S. That’s right, more viewers tuned in for this season opener than any other unscripted show they’ve had yet. And it wasn’t just a hit here in the States; internationally, on Disney+ and Star+, it was equally popular. Unfortunately, most streamers keep their viewership numbers under wraps, but the buzz around this season spoke volumes!
In the fifth season of the show, production took place towards the end of 2023. It featured various storylines including Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s pregnancy challenges, a health emergency involving matriarch Kris Jenner, and the customary family conflicts.
Ben Winston of Fulwell 73 serves as an executive producer on “The Kardashians,” working alongside Emma Conway, Elizabeth Jones, and showrunner Danielle King. Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian Barker, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner are likewise involved as executive producers for the show.
