Based on information obtained by The Economics Times, Aryan Khan reportedly spent ₹37 crore to acquire two floors at Panchsheel Park, located in South Delhi. Previously, his family had owned the basement and ground level of the building where Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan resided in their early days.
According to recently obtained documents from the portal, the transaction in question occurred in May 2024 and involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 2.64 crore. The report also mentions that Gauri, a well-known interior designer and Aryan’s mother, designed the house. Delhi holds special significance for the couple as it was where they first met.
