Salman Khan House Firing Case: Lawrence Bishnoi paid Rs 20 lakh to 6 accused for killing actor; Report

As a lifestyle expert with decades of experience navigating the intricacies of the entertainment industry, I have seen my fair share of turbulence and drama. However, the recent events surrounding the life of Salman Khan are truly unprecedented.

On April 14, 2024, around 5 a.m., two individuals riding a motorcycle attacked the actor’s home at Galaxy Apartments, Bandra, by firing shots. Remarkably, the actor was safe within his residence during this incident. It’s worth mentioning that no police officers were present at the time of the shooting, despite the actor being classified as a ‘Y’ category protectee. Multiple suspects have been apprehended, and the investigation continues to unfold. A significant advancement in the case has surfaced, indicating that Lawrence Bishnoi offered Rs 20 lakh to six men with the aim of assassinating the actor.

Based on reports from News 18, it appears that the Lawrence Bishnoi criminal group is accused of placing a hit worth 20 lakh rupees on six individuals for attempting to kill Salman Khan, as detailed in Mumbai’s crime branch charge sheet.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m sharing an update on a recent development: A special court in Mumbai has ordered the issuance of a non-bailable warrant for Anmol Bishnoi and Rohit Godera. These individuals are associated with the gang of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. Both Anmol and Rohit have been evading authorities since they were implicated in a case detailed in the charge sheet. On July 27, 2024, special judge B.D. Shelke, who presides over Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) cases, issued a standing non-bailable warrant for their arrest, indicating that they are to be apprehended without delay if found.

Back in April of this very year, I found myself on high alert, my heart pounding as gunfire echoed outside the magnificent Galaxy Apartments, a place where the legendary Salman Khan calls home, nestled within Mumbai’s vibrant Bandra district. News soon broke that the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang was suspected of orchestrating this attack. The chilling confirmation arrived in the form of a Facebook post, where Anmol Bishnoi, the brother of the gangster himself, claimed responsibility for the shooting incident.

Twenty-four-year-old Vicky Gupta, who stands accused, was on a motorcycle alongside his alleged partner, Sagar Pal, aged 35, when the latter reportedly fired shots at Galaxy Apartments. As stated in the court documents, Gupta admitted to carrying out the crime as a result of his family’s financial struggles. In his statement, he conceded, “I believed I wouldn’t be caught by the police, but I was apprehended nonetheless.”
