When Ananya Panday said she hates ‘situationships’ and wouldn’t fake her relationship status for social media: 'I'm not someone...'

As a lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I must say that Ananya Panday is a woman who knows her worth and isn’t afraid to express it. Her candid approach to relationships and her clear stance on privacy are commendable. It’s refreshing to see a young star who values authenticity over public perception.

On August 7th, it was speculated online that Ananya Panday was in a relationship with Walker Blanco. In an interview with India Today back in 2023, she explained her reasons for not discussing her relationships on social media. According to her, she dislikes the term ‘situationship’ and doesn’t use dating apps. Moreover, she prefers to keep her romantic life private rather than projecting a different image for the sake of social media.

According to a recent article in Bombay Times, it appears that actress Ananya has moved on following her split with actor Aditya Roy Kapur. She is now said to be dating Walker Blanco, a former model currently employed by one of the Ambani companies. Contrary to speculation, the report debunks rumors about Ananya dating cricketer Hardik Pandya, as they were only seen enjoying each other’s company at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding.

At the wedding, I had the pleasure of being privy to some exciting news. Namely, Ananya presented her partner, Walker, to everyone in attendance. There was no attempt to conceal their relationship whatsoever. In fact, several individuals observed them gracefully dancing as a romantic tune played. However, it’s still early days for the two of them; they haven’t formalized their relationship yet.

As a lifestyle expert, I’d rephrase it like this: Although I’ve never formally labeled any of my relationships, my two-year bond with Aditya was clearly visible in our public outings and subtle signs. In a recent interview with India Today, I confessed that I’m the quintessential possessive girlfriend who isn’t too keen on seeing my partner liking other women’s attractive photos. At 25 years old, I embrace this side of me.

While creating a ‘finsta’ (fake Instagram) to stalk him or others wasn’t something that would persuade Ananya, as she declared when asked if she’d create a secret Instagram account for spying on her ex or coworkers, Panday stated, “I already have an Instagram account for such purposes. I don’t need another one.” Moreover, Ananya made it clear that she is absolutely not the type of person who would send messages into someone else’s Direct Messages (DMs).
