Michelle Visage Signs With Verve (Exclusive)

As a fellow gamer who has witnessed the evolution of entertainment over the years, I must say that Michelle Visage is nothing short of a modern-day renaissance woman. Her career trajectory is nothing short of inspiring, from her days as a member of Seduction to becoming a judge on the global phenomenon that is RuPaul’s Drag Race.

RuPaul’s Drag Race host Michelle Visage has signed with Verve.

As a devoted admirer, I’m constantly jetting between Los Angeles and London, gracing the judging panel for the sensational VH1 reality series, both its American version and international adaptations such as “RuPaul’s Drag Race UK”. Sharing the stage with the legendary RuPaul, Graham Norton, and Alan Carr is an absolute honor.

Visage was also tasked with judging roles, which led her to streaming platform Paramount+ for the drag queen singing competition titled “Queen of the Universe“, as well as appearing on the talent show “Ireland’s Got Talent” and the British reality series “Strictly Come Dancing“, which focuses on dancing.

In the 1990s, Visage gained popularity as a member of the all-female group Seduction, with their album “Nothing Matters Without Love” selling platinum. Her rendition of Bill Withers’ “It’s Gonna Be a Lovely Day” for the soundtrack of the movie “The Bodyguard”, led to her being signed by Clive Davis to a contract at Arista Records.

Facade has just been revealed as the new presenter for the show Drag Race Down Under on Stan TV in Australia. Additionally, she is also the host of the accompanying series RuPaul‘s Drag Race: Whatcha Packin’?, during which she chats with queens who have been eliminated from the competition.

Apart from the pandemic, Visage starred in her family’s reality show titled “How’s Your Head, Hun?” Additionally, as a radio host, Visage has been employed by various stations such as WKTU 103.5 [New York], HOT 92.3 [Los Angeles], SUNNY 104.3 [West Palm Beach, FL], WMIA [Miami] and SiriusXM.

She is also the author of The Diva Rules for Chronicle Books.
