Best teams for Seven Deadly Sins Idle

As someone who’s spent countless hours battling the forces of the underworld and climbed through the ranks of this game, I must say that this team setup is quite the gem! It may not boast an army of Legendaries, but it certainly packs a punch when you need it most.

Hey there, fellow gamer! Ever found yourself scratching your head on who to field in Seven Deadly Sins Idle? Fear not, I’ve got you covered with some top-tier teams that will have you mowing down enemies and acing every story stage like a boss! Here are my recommendations:

Prior to delving into top-notch squads, let me share some valuable team-strengthening strategies with you. It’s essential to familiarize yourself with them as they play a crucial role in creating robust teams and powerful champions!

Seven Deadly Sins Idle team building tips:

  • Buffers will buff your heroes, and thus increase your team’s performance.
  • Damage dealers are the key to defeating enemies. Use the buffers to keep them alive and boost their damage,
  • Heroes with crowd control abilities are situational, so you might use them in the Arena or in certain dungeons.
  • Unique heroes are a lot better than Legendary heroes in the early game, since you can upgrade them a lot sooner. Focus on the S and A tier heroes from the Seven Deadly Sins Idle tier list if you aren’t sure which ones to go for.
  • Try using heroes with AoE skills in the EXP dungeon since they will clear up the mobs a lot faster. They can also work in the stages sometimes.
  • Hero synergies are super important the more you advance, because having skills that go well with one another can make your life a lot easier.
  • The Ultimate order is extremely important. First, make sure you use the buffers, so they can boost your damage dealers and/or tanks. Then, you can use the tanks or damage dealers, depending on what skills they have. Always adjust based on what heroes you are using. Oh, and read their skills! Don’t just take my word for it.
  • Always take into account the boss you are facing. Some might require slight changes to your team, such as adding another DPS or Tank. Always pay attention to your fights and adjust your team as needed.
  • When you unlock Potential, make sure you go for the stats that complement your hero’s role. For Supports, they usually like ATK though, since their skills scale with that. For DPS, ATK and Crit Rate will do; as for the Tanks, it depends, but typically HP and DEF can work wonders.
  • Do not forget to redeem the Seven Deadly Sins Idle codes for some free loot.

  • Fox Sin of Greed Ban
  • Grizzly Sin of Sloth King
  • New King Arthur
  • Gloxinia of Repose
  • Galland of Truth
  • Dragon Sin of Wrath Meliodas
  • Sky Temple Protector Ellatte
  • Danafor Holy Knight Cain

This team can work well against pretty much all story mode content. You just need to make sure that you have the core, meaning Ban, King and Arthur, and the rest can be swapped out for any good healers, Sins (to benefit from King’s buff) or DEX-attribute. You can use any heroes you have that are upgraded, and then swap them out once you get better ones.

  • Gloxinia of Repose
  • Sky Temple Protector Solaad
  • Dragon Sin of Wrath Meliodas
  • [The Pleiades of the Azure Sky] Waillo
  • Danafor Holy Knight Cain

While it might not be the absolute best team out there, since it has an Epic and very few Legendaries, it can work pretty well. Assuming you have upgraded all of your Uniques and the Epic to a few stars, this team can carry you well into the higher levels, at least until you have acquired something better.

  • Dual Sword Mod
  • [The Six Knights of Black] Atra
  • Dragon Sin of Wrath Meliodas
  • [The Pleiades of the Azure Sky] Waillo
  • Danafor Holy Knight Cain

This team is extremely flexible. You have the core: Ban, King and Meliodas, and the others can be swapped out depending on which enemies you are up against. It can work in dungeons too with a few adjustments. Just make sure you have the heroes upgraded as much as possible, especially the Unique ones. They can hold the spot of some Legendaries until you have them upgraded to at least 3 stars.
