Although the Nike Basketball Kobe Day festivities have concluded, the highly anticipated Kobe 9 Elite Protro “Halo” was launched, along with a restock of numerous popular models. The Kobe 8 Protro has been glimpsed in several styles throughout 2024, including an extensive range of team-inspired colorways that were recently unveiled by Nike before their early September launch date.
To start off, we have five upcoming pairs. One of them is called “Lakers Home,” where the shoe appears in white with purple accents on the Swooshes and heel details, while gold adorns the Nike Kobe branding at the tongue and heel. Following this, a “Hollywood Nights” edition will drop, featuring an inversion of the traditional purple and gold colors, using black for the upper and grey for the outsole.
As of now, it hasn’t been made public when exactly the new color variations of the Kobe 8 Protro will be available for purchase. However, each pair is anticipated to become available on September 6 through Nike SNKRS and certain retailers, priced at $190 USD per pair.
