Actor Vijay Varma recently shared insights about the movie “IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack” in an exclusive chat with News18. During filming, he mentioned that he was intrigued to see the finished product because all he saw on set was a green screen. Furthermore, Vijay praised the film’s script, noting that it featured a cockpit primarily occupied by him and another character, Patralekhaa, as well as 180 passengers, other crew members, and an airplane.
During filming, the actor found himself in a large, fascinating world he wouldn’t have experienced on set alone. However, he was eagerly waiting to see the final product. “Initially, I thought there were a few exceptional actors in this [series], whom I consider almost divine,” Varma said, also mentioning his deep admiration for the director who would be instrumental in their performances. Furthermore, expressing himself from the perspective of a viewer, he shared that he was looking forward to watching the show himself.
The Netflix series boasts an impressive cast that includes Naseeruddin Shah, Kumud Mishra, Dia Mirza Rekhi, Patralekhaa, and Pankaj Kapur. Recently, the actor from Gully Boy shared his enthusiasm on social media about working alongside Naseeruddin Shah and Pankaj Kapur on screen.
