As a dedicated gamer, I’ve been eagerly anticipating the latest drop from Supreme and Nike, and now it seems my wait is almost over! Earlier this month, rumors swirled about an expansion of their footwear partnership, but today, the streetwear powerhouse has officially confirmed it. They’re gearing up for their Fall/Winter 2024 season lineup, and I can hardly contain my excitement for the upcoming custom Air Force 1 Mids. The first glimpse of these kicks was in Supreme’s full collection lookbook, but now they’ve finally given us a release date. Can’t wait to get my hands on a pair!
Supreme and Nike have a longstanding partnership that dates back over a decade, with Nike debuting their first canvas-and-gum Air Force 1 Lows during this time. Since then, they’ve collaborated on various versions of the AF1, such as the heavily branded AF1 High, the multi-team covered AF1 Mid, and a China-exclusive AF1 Low from earlier this year. For their upcoming FW24 collection, Supreme is set to release two pairs of the AF1 Mid in classic white and black colorways. These shoes seem to be getting the “essential” treatment, coming in all-white or all-black with the iconic Supreme box-logo placed at the heel. The shoe boasts a full-grain leather upper with perforated leather toe panels, a DURAPLUSH lining, co-branded footbed, laces, tongue label, insoles, and embroidered logos at the eyestay.
The collaboration between Supreme and Nike on the Air Force 1 Mid is set for a worldwide launch. In the U.S., you can get them starting from August 29, 11 a.m. EST, through the Supreme’s official website. For those in Asia, the release will be on August 31.
