As an ardent fan of the vibrant and talented actors from Bollywood, I simply can’t contain my excitement over the upcoming series “Call Me Bae.” The trailer has already sent ripples of anticipation throughout the entertainment industry, and the clever reference to none other than Siddhant Chaturvedi has added fuel to the fire!
Back in August 2024, I had the pleasure of witnessing the trailer drop for the highly anticipated series, “Call Me Bae,” starring none other than the talented Ananya Panday. This sneak peek offered a tantalizing taste of the entertainment in store and subtly hinted at the presence of Siddhant Chaturvedi, sparking quite a buzz across social media. In an exclusive chat with TopMob, Ananya shared some juicy details about Siddhant’s reaction to this very moment.
In a chat with TopMob, Ananya Panday shared that Siddhant Chaturvedi responded to his mention in the Call Me Bae trailer by posting an Instagram story. When asked about how everyone was handling it, the actress expressed that they were all fine because it’s part of the show and adds a fun element. If you view it within the context of the series, it’s simply a scene from the program.
Speaking about the scene that has been garnering attention, Niharika Dutt commented, “I believe the people who edited our trailer were incredibly astute in their choices. They strategically placed the intriguing question and shot at the end of the trailer, knowing it would generate interest. I think it’s working effectively.”

For those not familiar, in the given situation, Ananya tells a security guard, “I’m the one who is facing hardships, brother,” to which he replies, “Where your struggles begin, that’s where our dreams lie.” This statement echoes Siddhant Chaturvedi’s earlier comments about Ananya’s struggles in an interview.
Siddhant posted the trailer of a movie on his Instagram story and complimented Ananya. He said, “Ananya Panday, you’re amazing! Kudos to the entire team, looks like a blast! (heart emoji).” In a side note, he also mentioned, “By the way, I loved the ending (laughing emoji).” Additionally, he tagged Prime Video, Dharma Productions, and Karan Johar.
The series titled “Call Me Bae” was developed by Ishita Moitra and helmed by director Collin D’Cunha. This production will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on the 6th of September, 2024.
