However, during the Venice premiere of “Horizon 2 ” aboard a luxurious boat, the Hollywood actor seemed to exude more James Bond-like charm than cowboy charisma.

An Instagram post revealed Costner decided to travel to the premiere of Horizon 2 using a luxury boat.
