Tissot Adds Gradients and Forged Carbon Into Its PRX Powermatic 80 Lineup

As a seasoned gamer with a penchant for timepieces that reflect my adventurous spirit, I find myself captivated by Tissot’s latest expansion of their iconic PRX collection. The PRX Powermatic 80 Gradient, with its gradient dials reminiscent of the transition from day to night in a high-stakes gaming session, resonates deeply with my love for vibrant hues and dynamic gameplay. The price point is appealing, making it an accessible luxury for gamers like me who value functionality and style in equal measure.

Tissot is expanding its iconic PRX collection with three new eye-catching Powermatic 80 references.

The first model is the PRX Powermatic 80 Gradient, known for its distinctive gradient pattern on its waffle dial. It’s available in two captivating color schemes that resemble the colors seen during twilight. One version features a gradient from ice-blue to metallic blue, while another showcases a black and metallic blue ombré style. Priced at $725 USD, this watch is housed in its traditional tonneau-style stainless steel case, measuring 40mm in diameter, and includes an open caseback for viewing the inner workings.

In a 40mm case, the PRX Powermatic 80 Forged Carbon watch showcases a forged carbon case and dial, as suggested by its name, radiating an urban vibe. Its lightweight nature is due to the use of this unique material, making it significantly lighter than its steel equivalents. Accompanying the timepiece is a black textured rubber strap with an integrated design, priced at $995 USD.

Each of the previously mentioned timepieces comes fitted with Tissot’s Powermatic 80, a self-winding mechanism that can store energy for up to 80 hours. These latest models have just been released and can be purchased through Tissot’s online platform or physical retail outlets.
