Prior to the movie’s October premiere, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has endorsed its preview. This preview, lasting approximately 2 minutes and 52 seconds, received certification on September 4, 2024. As per the CBFC website, it has been rated ‘UA’.
According to reports, Jigra is an action-packed prison-break thriller that’s set to hit the big screen. This exciting movie is the brainchild of director Vasan Bala and jointly produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Alia Bhatt’s Eternal Sunshine Productions. The film will be premiering in theaters on October 11, 2024.
Simultaneously, regarding work, in addition to Jigra, Bhatt is also involved in Shiv Rawail’s Alpha alongside Sharvari Wagh. They recently wrapped up the Kashmir schedule for YRF’s spy film. Additionally, Bhatt is part of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War, which stars Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
