NFL Announces Kendrick Lamar as 2025 Super Bowl Halftime Show Headliner

2021 is shaping up to be a significant year for Kendrick Lamar. With his high-profile feud with Drake resulting in a series of hit songs, including “Not Like Us,” the Compton rapper is far from done making waves. The NFL has officially announced that Kendrick will perform at the Super Bowl Halftime Show next February in New Orleans. He emerged as a prominent artist with the release of his second album Good Kid, M.A.A.D City in 2012. His high-profile feud with Drake and subsequent performances at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles for a Juneteenth concert, where he repeatedly performed “Not Like Us,” kept him at the forefront of media attention for weeks.
