The Rodgers series is just one of multiple sports-related projects that Netflix unveiled on Monday. They’ve also renewed Full Swing for a third season, focusing on golfers from the PGA Tour, and commissioned an array of documentaries under the Untold label for 2025. The television show “Religion of Sports,” co-produced by Skydance Sports and NFL Films, is the work of several executives. Gotham Chopra, Ameeth Sankaran, Victor Buhler, David Ellison, Jesse Sisgold, Jason Reed, Jon Weinbach, Ross Ketover, Keith Cossrow, Ken Rodgers, and Jessica Boddy are among those who oversee its production.
