As a seasoned gamer with a soft spot for both K-Pop and fashion, I can’t help but feel like I’ve stumbled upon a dream crossover event! The collaboration between Tommy Hilfiger and K-Pop sensations Blackpink and Stray Kids at New York Fashion Week is nothing short of exhilarating.
The affection for K-Pop celebrities in the fashion world keeps growing, with Blackpink’s Jisoo and Stray Kids members Felix and Lee Know capturing attention at Tommy Hilfiger’s New York Fashion Week presentation.
At the Spring 2025 fashion presentation, both guests and models donned various preppy and sailor-inspired outfits. The event took place on a retired ferry boat, which Tommy Hilfiger had transformed into a runway. Notable attendees at this Sunday evening event included Felix and Lee Know, members of the popular worldwide group Stray Kids.
Felix sported a stylish navy blue pinstripe suit, paired with a sweater, shirt, and tie beneath it. His hair, long and straight, was blonde, and he added a touch of casualness to the outfit by wearing classic white sneakers. At 23 years old, this was his chosen ensemble.
Lee Know donned a timeless ivory Tommy Hilfiger cardigan, layered over a white shirt and tie, complemented by black trousers and striking white sneakers at the age of 25.
The NYFW show isn’t their initial collaboration with Tommy Hilfiger; Stray Kids have previously been linked to this renowned brand for the Fall 2024 campaign under JYP Entertainment, a Korean entertainment company. They were snapped amidst the iconic New York city skyline, dressed in contemporary preppy styles, which is a hallmark of Tommy Hilfiger’s designs.
Previously, Stray Kids were featured in Tommy Hilfiger’s Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 marketing campaigns. Moreover, they walked the red carpet at this year’s Met Gala alongside Hilfiger, placing them high on the list of most influential attendees for the evening.
Jisoo, the senior member of the renowned K-Pop group Blackpink, was present at Tommy Hilfiger’s maritime-inspired fashion event as well.
In New York during autumn, the 29-year-old singer styled herself impeccably. She chose a Tommy Hilfiger varsity jacket paired with a white shirt and a black mini skirt, completing the ensemble with knee-high black boots. To top it all off, she wore a black beanie to complement her long flowing hair.
Over the past few years, Jisoo has established herself as a regular feature on international fashion weeks. Aside from being a global representative for Dior and Cartier, she also endorses Alo Yoga, Dyson (specifically their hair care range).
Earlier this month, it became public knowledge that Jisoo has landed a role in the upcoming zombie series on streaming platform Coupang Play, titled “Newtopia”. This production is slated for release in the year 2025.
