I remember playing some of the best MMORPGs from South Korea and Japan back in the day, and Gran Saga was always one that intrigued me. The high-quality graphics, immersive storylines, and captivating characters were a sight to behold even in its early stages.

2021 saw me becoming captivated by Gran Saga, an MMORPG developed by South Korean studio NPIXEL that swept through the Eastern region like wildfire. With millions of downloads and hailed as one of the most significant games in this part of the world, its popularity was undeniable. Fast forward to 2023, and the exciting news came: the creators are working on a global version! This means that fans from all corners of the globe can now immerse themselves in this beloved game.

After making that announcement, there wasn’t much else to report, but NPIXEL has recently unveiled some significant details. The release date for Gran Saga is drawing near, and it won’t be long before we can get our hands on it. Excitingly, this RPG will soon be available on both Android and iOS devices worldwide, allowing players to dive deep into an engaging storyline while participating in stunning, anime-inspired battles that are nothing short of spectacular.

The narrative unfolds in times past, marking a colossal conflict between the Black Dragon Ismael and the Grand Knights. Despite intense battles from either side, it was the Grand Knights who eventually prevailed. Yet, this victory came at a heavy cost, as the world suffered profoundly from the war’s aftermath. Centuries later, the tale has become a legend, with you, a fledgling knight, encountering an enigmatic girl in the present day.

Previously, the title received praise for its compelling characters and high-quality gameplay, with captivating voice actors lending their talents. Additionally, it boasted a collaborative soundtrack between renowned Japanese composer Yoko Shimomura and the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra. I anticipate the international edition to maintain the same level of excellence.
