As a die-hard fan of the Outer Banks series, I must say that the fourth season trailer has sent me into a whirlwind of excitement! Ever since John B uttered those intriguing words, “You might be wondering what happens after you find the lost city of El Dorado and you’re stranded with a sack full of gold,” I’ve been on the edge of my seat. The thought of diving into an interactive mobile game, Netflix Stories: Outer Banks, before the season premieres is simply too tantalizing to resist!
In the season four trailer for Outer Banks, which Netflix unveiled on Tuesday, The Pogues’ music takes the band’s sound further around the world than they’ve gone before.
Perhaps you’ve been pondering what transpires once you discover the mythical city of El Dorado, only to be left stranded with a heap of gold. Well, let me fill you in on the details,” Chase Stokes’ John B explains at the start of the trailer.
In addition, it was revealed on Tuesday that Netflix will be launching a fresh interactive mobile game titled “Netflix Tales: Outer Banks” on October 29th, which is right before the second part of season four starts airing.
Immerse yourself in the universe of ‘Outer Banks’, and decisions you make will shape your journey. Upon discovering that your long-lost father is missing, you decide to travel to Outer Banks to meet the half-brother you’ve never known.
Previously, Netflix has introduced mobile games based on popular shows like “Emily in Paris,” “Selling Sunset,” “Virgin River,” “Love is Blind,” and others under the title of Netflix Stories.
Season three’s finale of ‘Outer Banks’ offered a 18-month peek ahead, showcasing Wes Genrette’s proposal for the gang of Outer Banks teens to hunt down Blackbeard’s treasure. As stated in Netflix’s announcement, season four delves into the events leading up to that pivotal moment.
In the preview, the characters from The Pogues find themselves grappling with money troubles. At one instance, Pope (Jonathan Daviss) informs his companions that they owe $13,000 within a week’s time. Upon hearing this, John B exclaims, “We’re in deep trouble.
Faced with their debts, John B, Sarah, Kiara, JJ, Pope, and Cleo decide to accept Genrette’s proposal and explore what lies hidden at the depth of 80 feet beneath the ocean’s surface, where Blackbeard’s shipwreck is submerged.
Without realizing it, they find themselves in deep trouble, pursued relentlessly by treacherous new adversaries, all chasing after the same treasure. At the same time, their difficulties compound, leading them to ponder their identity, their journey so far, and what lies ahead – who they truly are, if it has been worth the struggle, and how far they’re prepared to go.
I’m thrilled to be part of the fanbase for the hit series “Outer Banks,” where I follow the adventures of Chase Stokes, Madelyn Cline, Jonathan Daviss, Madison Bailey, Rudy Pankow, Carlacia Grant, Drew Starkey, and Austin North. Each one brings their unique charm to the screen!
Netflix plans to debut the initial five episodes of “Outer Banks” season four on October 10th. Another five episodes will be available a month later, on November 7th.
