First Look at Nicolas Cage as Live-Action Spider-Noir Crawls Onto the Web

As a seasoned movie-goer who has witnessed the rise and fall of countless superheroes on the silver screen, I must say that the arrival of Spider-Noir has piqued my interest like no other. With Carl Cage stepping into the role of our web-slinging hero in this 1930s noir adaptation, it’s a departure from the youthful exuberance we’re used to seeing, and that’s exactly what makes it so intriguing.

However, if they manage to recreate the success of their animated “Spider-Verse” films on television with “Spider-Noir,” it might be the revitalization they need. The images initially appeared on Just Jared, but you can also view them here:

As the official summary explains, “Spider-Noir” is about a struggling private investigator (played by Cage) in 1930s New York, compelled to confront his past as the city’s sole superhero.
