The “M” in its name, representing “meteorite,” is reflected in the design’s unique, asymmetrical shape, which bears resemblance to a distinctive window from the Marcel Breuer-designed Whitney Museum building in New York City.
The watch is immersed in a color palette of cement and slate gray. It boasts a composition made from meteorites, stretching from the watch case to the lugs. To complement its color scheme, this unique piece comes with an ostrich leather strap in a matching tone, creating an interesting contrast between the textured case and the visual aspect of the strap.
According to a recent Instagram update from Toledano & Chan, their brand plans to unveil a restricted number of B/1M models sometime next year. They’ve shared that while the final product will retain the fundamental design of the prototype, it will showcase some notable differences.
