Breakdown
In their journey toward a fresh start in California, Jeff Taylor (played by Kurt Russell) and his spouse Amy (Kathleen Quinlan) encounter an unexpected problem when their vehicle’s engine fails on a secluded road. Amy takes a lift from a kind trucker (J.T. Walsh), while Jeff stays behind with the car. However, when Jeff arrives at the prearranged meeting spot, he discovers that Amy is not present. The locals are tight-lipped, and the police offer little assistance. World War Z
In this exhilarating, heart-thumping action masterpiece, a previous UN investigator named Gerry Lane, portrayed by Brad Pitt, finds himself in a desperate struggle to safeguard not only his own family but also the entire world from a catastrophic pandemic that is bringing down governments and poses an existential threat to humanity. The movie “World War Z” boasted one of the highest budgets among horror films, and offers breathtaking, large-scale action scenes that set it apart from most zombie movies. Orphan: First Kill
