Olympian Stephen Nedoroscik Has Been Dancing Up A Storm On DWTS, But He Just Reminded Us He’s A Pommel Horse Pro With His New BTS Video

As a longtime fan of Dancing With The Stars and an avid follower of gymnastics, I must say that this season 33 has been nothing short of captivating! Among all the contestants, Stephen Nedoroscik, the bronze medalist gymnast, has managed to steal my heart.

As a dedicated viewer, I’m thoroughly enjoying Season 33 of “Dancing With The Stars” as it unfolds in the 2024 TV Schedule! It’s been an exhilarating rollercoaster ride so far, with both on-dancefloor mishaps – like Anna Delvey’s less-than-gracious exit after being eliminated early – and off-dancefloor drama. However, standouts like the talented Olympian Stephen Nedoroscik have truly stolen the show. Although he hasn’t yet topped the leaderboard, his performances have made him a beloved figure among “DWTS” fans, and I can’t wait to see what he brings to the dancefloor next!

When it became known that Nedoroscik would be part of Season 33’s cast, following in the footsteps of renowned gymnasts such as Simone Biles and others, the popular pommel horse athlete playfully commented on his anticipation to employ his feet and legs for a change. Though he has been doing so, gymnastics enthusiasts can take comfort in knowing that the bronze medalist isn’t abandoning the pommel horse for dance shoes permanently.

In fact, he’s somehow managed to find time within the crazy DWTS rehersal schedule to get some pommel horse training in. A video posted to his Instagram shows the Olympian going through an impressive routine on his apparatus in the middle of the show’s dance floor. Check it out:

Despite Nedoroscik mentioning in the caption that this new skill isn’t “integral to the dance routine,” there are signs suggesting it could still be a part of it. Fans have been eagerly anticipating the pommel horse’s inclusion in the competition since the season started airing in September, and it appears that expectation might soon be realized.

Rylee Arnold, the professional dance partner paired with the viral Olympian, took to her own Instagram earlier today to shout out Nedoroscik ahead of the Dedication Night episode. Included in the carousel of photos taken from a presumed dress rehearsal is a shot of Nedoroscik showing off his pommel horse skill while in his dance costume.

It’s only right that our pommel horse specialist, Nedoroscik, gets to demonstrate the abilities that significantly contributed to the Men’s Gymnastics Team winning their first medal in a long time at the 2024 Olympics in Paris. Similar to many female gymnasts who have showcased their acrobatics on the show to gain votes, it’s Nedoroscik’s turn now. This week could be the one that secures them a place at the top of the leaderboard, demonstrating convincingly why they are strong contenders for the prestigious Mirrorball Trophy.

Even if you’ve yet to watch DWTS, this evening is an excellent time to tune in, especially if you admired Nedoroscik’s skills and cheerful demeanor over the summer. You can watch Dedication Night live on ABC at 8:00 pm ET, or if you have a Disney+ subscription, stream it live or catch it the following day.
