Pharrell Williams Envisions a LEGO World With “Piece By Piece” Music Video

As a lifelong Pharrell fan who grew up listening to his music and even played the trumpet in my high school band like the Fabulous Marching Cavaliers, I can tell you that “Piece by Piece” is a masterpiece that perfectly encapsulates the energy and creativity of this legendary artist. The collaboration with Tyler, the Creator on “VIRGINIA Boy (Remix)” is particularly noteworthy, as it’s always fascinating to see two musical geniuses from the same state come together to create something truly special. And let me tell you, I’ve been to Virginia enough times to know that it’s a place where magic happens when it comes to music!

After the unveiling of Pharrell Williams‘ LEGO biopic titled “Piece by Piece”, I’m thrilled to share that Skateboard P has launched the official music video for his eponymous track! This multiple Grammy-winning artist gives us a sneak peek into the visuals for this fresh new tune, using clips straight from the movie itself.

The newly released single follows the complete album that accompanies the big-screen movie. It contains five fresh compositions by Pharrell, with “Piece by Piece” being the standout track, duetting between Pharrell and the Fabulous Marching Cavaliers from Princess Anne High School. Other tracks on the soundtrack are “It’s Happening”, “VIRGINIA Boy (Remix)” featuring Tyler, the Creator, “L’EGO Odyssey” and “For Real.” Besides these new original songs, the soundtrack also includes 16 of Pharrell’s previously published hits throughout his career. These tracks feature collaborations with artists like JAY-Z, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar, Justin Timberlake, Gwen Stefani and others.
