The 1999 Hindi film, titled “Pyaar Ke Tune Kya Kiya”, was inspired by the 1957 American film “An Affair To Remember”. In this remake, Aamir Khan and Manisha Koirala took on the lead roles, while Rani Mukerji made a special appearance in the song “Kaali Naagin Ke Jaisi”. The chemistry between Aamir and Rani in this track was particularly intense. Indra Kumar directed this movie, and it also featured Anil Kapoor and Sharmila Tagore in significant roles.
In this movie, Aamir portrays the role of Dev Karan Singh, a driven artist who excels at painting. Manisha takes on the character of Priya, a music instructor who is betrothed to Raj, played by Anil Kapoor.
