Nanga Continues its Momentum with Third Engineered Garments Collab

As a seasoned gamer with a penchant for fashion and an eye for quality, I can’t help but be intrigued by the ongoing partnership between Nanga and Engineered Garments. Having weathered countless digital storms, I appreciate the resilience that these brands show in their collaboration, much like a well-designed coat standing strong against winter’s onslaught.

This winter, Nanga isn’t delaying its collaborations. Following last month’s partnerships with 18 East and Pilgrim Surf + Supply, it’s now joining forces once more with Engineered Garments for the third time in their Nanga x EG Down Collection for the Fall/Winter 2024 line.

Using the previous year’s successful silhouettes as a foundation, these experienced partners continue to refine and advance the designs from their past collections. Each time around, they raise the bar for their functional-inspired clothing by taking it to greater heights.

Previously, the Nanga x Engineered Garments Zip Jacket from last year, boasting its eye-catching adjustable two-way zipper, served as an inspiration for this show’s highlight items – the Hooded Vest and Monster Coat, both incorporating the same striking split-zip design.

Essentially, the zipper design serves as the core element of our latest collection, where it enhances the overall aesthetic of the two newly introduced, oversized silhouettes, taking EG’s interpretation of outdoor clothing to a new level.

The pair introduces the Down Hoody zip-up, where the hood can detach from the main body of the garment, giving you the flexibility to transform it into a full-face mask (balaclava), a warm hat for your head, or a neck scarf.

As a devoted enthusiast, I can’t wait to delve into the versatile Engineered Garments x Nanga collection showcased in the lookbook above! Mark your calendars for November 8, as this exceptional range will be available both instore at Nepenthes and online. Don’t miss out on this exciting collaboration!
