According to an article in Hindustan Times, SquareYards was acknowledged for the property registration documents. This report disclosed that the apartment belonging to Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput is situated within Oberoi Realty’s development known as Three Sixty West, and it spans approximately 5,395 square feet in size.
The records show that the apartment in question was leased to Dipan Bhuptani, a high-ranking executive at D’Decor Home Fabrics, and came with three designated parking spaces as part of the lease agreement. This rental contract was officially recorded on November 7, 2024, and runs for a term of five years. The initial security deposit required was Rs. 1.23 crores.
According to what’s stated on the real estate website, this property is estimated to deliver an average annual gross rental return between 4% and 5%. The lease is structured progressively, starting at a monthly rent of INR 20.5 lakhs and ultimately reaching INR 23.98 lakhs per month by the end of the five-year term.
The contract also provides a rent-free span of 10 months initially. It’s worth mentioning that the high-floor apartment, which was bought by the actor from Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd in May 2024 for roughly Rs. 60 crore, is included in this.
