- Track down multicoloured versions of iconic monsters
- Gold & Pink Rathian, and Silver & Azure Rathalos will all be seen more often in the field
As a seasoned gamer with over two decades under my belt, I can confidently say that Monster Hunter Now has always managed to keep me on my toes with their innovative events and updates. This latest one, timed perfectly for the holidays, has me genuinely excited! The thought of tracking down multi-colored versions of iconic monsters is a thrill that only a fellow hunter can understand.
Although the main focus of Monster Hunter this week is the launch of Outlanders, a new mobile version of the series, Monster Hunter Now continues to deliver. As we approach the holiday season, get ready for an exciting upcoming event featuring unique monsters to chase down in the wild!
Beginning on November 18th, you can expect to encounter more frequently the Pink Rathian and Azure Rathalos creatures. This will continue until November 24th. During this period, these common creatures will be joined by the even rarer Gold Rathian and Silver Rathalos. Additionally, new limited-time quests and Hunt-a-thon appearances will take place as part of the special Rare-Tinted royalty event.
In brief, Pink Rathian can be found in swamp areas, while Azure Rathalos will inhabit forests. Interestingly, Gold Rathian roams deserts, and Silver Rathoros dwells within forests; both creatures might also be seen together at Hunt-a-thon locations during the event!
Hunting season
As winter approaches, it’s no wonder there are significant happenings lined up for Monster Hunter Now. For dedicated hunters, I suspect, the prospect of encountering unique variations of some of the series’ most frigid monsters might just be that incentive.
