In the film “I Want To Talk”, Irrfan Khan had originally been cast, but Abhishek Bachchan did an exceptional job and almost matched his performance. Director Sircar expressed his contentment with Abhishek’s portrayal.
In the same podcast, Shoojit Sircar shared that he had considered delaying the release of his 2021 film, Sardar Udham, following Irrfan Khan’s cancer diagnosis.
