Mac Miller's 'Balloonerism' Lands Official Release Date

As a gamer who has spent countless hours immersed in the digital world, I can vividly recall the profound impact Mac Miller’s music had on me during my real-life journey. The upcoming release of “Balloonerism” is like discovering a long-lost treasure chest in an epic quest – a testament to Malcolm’s musical genius that has been eagerly awaited by his dedicated fanbase for far too long.

Following a hint at Camp Flog Gnaw over the weekend, it has been officially announced that Mac Miller’s “Balloonerism” album will be released. The release date was unveiled by the rapper’s estate through their @92tilinfinity Instagram account, with the album set to launch on January 17.

The message starts off by letting you know that quite a few admirers of Malcolm have come across “Balloonerism”, an entire album that he produced approximately when the album “Faces” was released in 2014.

Malcolm considered this project highly significant; he even went as far as commissioning artwork for it and regularly discussed its release. However, other projects like ‘GO:OD AM’ and subsequent albums took precedence. We feel that the project reflects Malcolm’s diverse musical abilities and artistic bravery, as unofficial versions of the album have been widely available online for years and Malcolm often expressed his desire to release ‘Balloonerism.’ Therefore, we decided it was fitting to share an official version of this project with the world.

This upcoming album represents his sixth studio production, and it’s set to drop five years following the unveiling of his last album titled Circles.

Take a moment to read the complete message shared by Mac Miller’s representatives on their latest Instagram post, and keep an eye out for further updates as they become available.
