As a long-time gamer with a soft spot for Star Wars and stealth games, I must say that the recent update for Star Wars Outlaws has been a breath of fresh air! The enforced stealth mechanics in several missions were a major turnoff, ruining the immersion and roleplaying moments. However, Ubisoft heard our pleas and allowed us to play any mission as we want now, making the game much more enjoyable.
Players can now enjoy their gaming experience more freely as the game Star Wars Outlaws alters the mandatory stealth mechanics present in numerous mission objectives. Previously, these missions necessitated a stealthy approach, which was enforced and often disrupted the immersive feel of gameplay.
According to the latest updates from Ubisoft, players now have the freedom to approach missions as they prefer, without any enforced silence restrictions.
Playing Star Wars Outlaws loses its immersive, role-playing aspects if you’re constantly being instructed on how to play the game in a specific manner.
At the time of its release, given the high initial costs, players ought to have had the freedom to play as they wished.
Star Wars Outlaws creative director Drew Rechner said in a dev blog post that they have also enabled combat in syndicate districts. Along with these changes, here are some of the notable updates in the Star Wars Outlaws Title Update 1.4.0:
- Improved enemy detection
