After 2 blasts near Badshah’s Chandigarh bar, Lawrence Bishnoi gang claims responsibility

As a die-hard fan of Badshah, the news about an explosion near his Sevillee Lounge in Chandigarh has sent a chill down my spine! I’ve been through countless highs and lows with this man, from grooving to his beats at concerts to weeping over his heartfelt lyrics. Now, it seems that even the dangerous Lawrence Bishnoi gang wants a piece of our beloved Badshah.

This morning, November 26th, I learned that two explosions occurred outside a nightclub in Sector 26, causing only minor property damage. These blasts, happening between 2:30 am and 2:45 am, were initiated by a low-key device hurled from a motorcycle by two unknown individuals. Later on, Lawrence Bishnoi’s associates, Goldy Brar and Rohit Godara, claimed responsibility for the incident through a Facebook post.

As reported by India Today, individuals identified as Goldy Brar and Rohit Godara, who are linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi group, claimed responsibility for the recent explosion via a social media message.

According to the post, it was alleged that the criminal group intentionally went after De’orra restaurant and Sevillee bar and lounge, establishments known to be owned by rapper Badshah. Furthermore, it was stated that the proprietors of these restaurants received a threatening call demanding extortion, but chose not to respond.

Although the truth behind these assertions hasn’t been verified just yet, authorities are diligently looking into this event. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported, but the blast shattered some windows and inflicted slight damage to the building structure. Additionally, a nearby club sustained minor damages as well.

It was verified that a moderate explosion took place outside the establishment called De’orra, which is situated close to the Sevillee bar and lounge in Sector 26. These two places are approximately 30 meters from each other.

When word came in about the explosion, the Chandigarh Police promptly arrived at the spot to probe the matter. They brought along their Bomb Detection unit and the Chandigarh Forensic Science Lab personnel to gather evidence for identification of those responsible.

Based on an India Today report, it’s possible that the device could be a homemade explosive, possibly meant for extortion. Yet, the police have not definitively stated its nature. The ongoing police investigation aims to determine the reason behind the explosion.

The explosion close to Badshah’s Sevillee Lounge in Chandigarh’s Sector 26 has sparked security worries, particularly since Prime Minister Narendra Modi is due to arrive in the city on December 3.

As a devoted follower speaking here, I’d like to clarify that I’ve been associated with the assertion that Goldy Brar took responsibility for the tragic demise of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, an incident that occurred on May 29, 2022. Subsequently, the central government designated Brar as a terrorist under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act on January 1.
