Twelve months ago, at the Hero World Challenge, whispers were spreading about Tiger potentially parting ways with his long-time partner Nike. When he appeared on the practice tee, a day before the tournament, wearing shoes without any logos – instead of the FootJoys he had been using – many were left puzzled. In retrospect, it appears these were the early phases of creating his first footwear collection under his new brand Sun Day Red.

The design comes in five color schemes, blending neutral tones with bold red accents, creating a contemporary twist on a timeless golf shoe style. The upper is crafted from full-grain leather, leading to a sturdy heel area adorned with embossed tiger stripes. The outsole features spikes designed for optimal traction with minimal impact on the grass. Inspirational phrases such as “Do the work” and “Put in the time,” which reflect Tiger’s personal mantras, are emblazoned on the insoles.
