Shortly afterward, Karan Johar announced a forthcoming romantic comedy titled “Chand Mera Dil,” featuring Lakshya and Ananya Panday in the lead roles. This movie is currently being filmed with a planned release date in 2025. Now, it has been learned that Lakshya will aim for another success with Dharma Productions.
Based on reports from individuals privy to the project, Lakshya has joined forces for an action movie being created by Dharma Productions. “Lakshya is set to lead a modern action film produced by Karan Johar. The production is slated to begin in Summer-2025 following the completion of Chand Mera Dil’s shooting. Similar to Kill, this film will be an adrenaline-pumping action-thriller, and those involved are eager to get started on it,” a source close to the production shared.
The plot of the currently unnamed action thriller has been finalized, and the producer is now moving into pre-production phase. Although the director’s identity remains undisclosed, the Dharma team is secretly developing this high-octane thriller. Auditions for other roles will follow soon, as the story resonates deeply with everyone involved due to its blend of intense action and powerful emotions and drama.
