In anticipation for the December 25th theater premiere of “A Complete Unknown“, Levi’s Vintage Clothing has introduced a restricted edition collection inspired by Bob Dylan’s signature wardrobe pieces. The garments in this assortment are also sported by Timothée Chalamet, who portrays the young Dylan in the James Mangold-directed biopic.

Starting December 20th, you’ll be able to purchase the Levi’s Vintage Clothing x “A Complete Unknown” collection on levi.com. This collection features an exact replica of Bob Dylan’s 1955 501 jeans, complete with a leather “D” buckle belt similar to what Dylan frequently wore. Additionally, the line includes a revamped version of the 1960s Suede Jacket, modeled after the classic Trucker Jacket that Dylan often donned.
These jeans, offered alongside the distinctive “D” belt, incorporate bootcut panel inserts reminiscent of modifications made to Dylan’s old pair by his ex-girlfriend. The watch pocket carries a message: “I’ll allow you into my dreams, if you can be in mine,” which is a line from one of the singer’s early songs.
Just 200 authentic suede leather jackets were produced, each boasting two chest pockets and a convenient snap-front closure. Notably, an inner pocket contains script details from the film scene where the jacket appears.
