Last year, ASICS collaborated with nonnative on the ASICS GEL-Terrain sneaker, and they’re teaming up again to redesign another ASICS shoe model. This time, they’ve unveiled the ASICS x nonnative “GEL-YETITOKYO HI GTX” – a modernized and refined version of the Gel-Yeti boot that was originally launched in 2000 by ASICS.

In its natural, earthy style characteristic of nonnatives, these mid-rise boots feature a sleek, dipped brown suede upper enhanced with breathable GORE-TEX for weather protection. A key improvement is the updated shoelace system, now in a quick-tie format and positioned at the front instead of the back as on earlier designs. The only visible branding includes stacked ASICS and GORE-TEX logos on the shin area and nonnative’s signature lettering on the boot’s heel.
