As a devoted fan, I can empathize with Jamie Chung and Bryan Greenberg who shared their heartbreaking tale of losing what they believed was their eternal home amidst the devastating Los Angeles wildfires.
On Friday, the pair posted a video on Instagram showing the destruction caused by the fire that swept through their community. The video clearly showed their house reduced to mere ashes and debris.
What was meant to be our eternal sanctuary, unfortunately couldn’t withstand the test of time. Fortunately, my family and I are safe, but not everyone in Los Angeles affected by the fire is as lucky. If you can, please consider donating to those less fortunate.” (First person perspective of a gamer)

Greenberg, famously recognized for his performances in “How to Make It in America”, “Emperor of Ocean Park”, and “Bride Wars”, expressed gratitude towards his friends and dear ones on his Instagram Story yesterday, for their concern towards his family.
In a poignant moment, I penned, “It was like a dream,” beneath a snapshot that seemed to capture the remnants of our once cherished abode. Yet, amidst this heartache, I am profoundly grateful that my family remains unscathed. My deepest appreciation goes out to each and every firefighter, putting their lives on the line for others. Stay vigilant and keep yourself safe in those dangerous surroundings.
Greenberg and Chung, who are known for their roles in “The Gifted”, “Gotham” and “Once Upon a Time”, tied the knot in 2015. They are proud parents of two identical sons.
Starting on Tuesday, a wildfire ignited in Pacific Palisades that later reached areas of Malibu and Santa Monica. Since then, firefighters throughout Los Angeles have been tirelessly battling the Palisades Fire, alongside other ongoing wildfires such as the Eaton, Hurst, and Kenneth fires within the county. Sadly, the number of fatalities has climbed to 16, according to the Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s Office on Saturday.
Among countless individuals who’ve sadly lost their homes to fires, a good number of well-known personalities also find themselves affected. Many of them have been expressing the destruction seen in their local areas on various social media platforms.
By Saturday evening, the Kenneth Fire had been contained to 90%, the Palisades Fire close to the coastline was at 11% containment, and the Eaton Fire stood at 15%. The Hurst Fire, situated south of Santa Clarita, was at 76% containment.
