In the past few days, they have been seen moving between Mumbai and Alibaug. Based on recent footage, it appears that the couple is preparing for a Housewarming ceremony with their children, Vamika and Akaay, for their new home in Alibaug.
On January 15, 2025, paparazzi posted videos showing men carrying bags filled with pooja items boarding a ferry to Alibaug. Another video depicted a priest seated on the ferry. Reports suggest that this is part of the preparation for Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli’s Griha Pravesh ceremony, which will be held at their new home in Alibaug.

On January 12th, it was seen that Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli journeyed together to Alibaug. Before leaving, they graciously waved and smiled for the cameras. The following day, the actress was photographed returning early to Mumbai in the morning at the Gateway of India.
She talked to the paparazzi while alerting them about an approaching bus, saying, “Hey guys, a bus is approaching.” Later in the day, Anushka headed back to Alibaug. It was noticed that Virat was moving between Alibaug the previous day as well.
Not long ago, Virat Kohli was participating in the 2024-25 Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia. Accompanying him were his wife, Anushka Sharma, and their children, Vamika Kohli and Akaay Kohli. During numerous matches, Anushka could be seen cheering for Virat and Team India from the stands.
On December 11, 2024, the charming pair marked their 7th wedding anniversary by vacationing in Australia. Later, they ushered in the New Year with their friends in an elegant manner.
