FACETASM Invites Us Into Its “Kind Shelter” for FW25

FACETASM has consistently found motivation in human kindness, emphasizing themes such as “BRIGHTNESS” and “Follow Your Passion” to highlight the positivity and optimism that is frequently underappreciated. For its Fall/Winter 2025 collection, the Japanese label continues this approach and unveils a line called “Kind Shelter,” which takes design cues from the LOG hotel in Onomichi, Japan.

The hotel, which was designed by Studio Mumbai under the guidance of architect Bijoy Jain, embodies the principle of “Be Kind.” This philosophy resonates strongly with FACETASM’s methodology in fashion design.

Using the celestial guide called LOG, FACETASM designs a collection named “Kind Shelter,” which essentially serves as a safe haven in its latest lineup. The design emphasis lies on innovative layering and voluminous shapes. Textiles of varying textures and materials are blended together, with an emphasis on comfort above all else. The predominantly earthy palette of browns and soft blues is accentuated by bold yellow and red outerwear and knit pieces.

Moving forward with its unique “Kind Shelter” concept, a sense of flow is emphasized as bulky coats and knitted garments adopt more generous outlines, while trousers are designed to fit comfortably loose. A variety of items boast subtle yet practical features such as snap-fastenings, functional pockets, and concealed zippers, enhancing their wearability.
