On the morning of January 16th, the actor fell victim to an assault in his Bandra residence. The assailant, believed to be a burglar, repeatedly stabbed him six times. Subsequently, he required two surgical procedures and is currently under close medical supervision.

According to Dr. Nitin Dange of Lilavati Hospital, it’s been decided that Saif will undergo additional observation for another day. The medical team will make a determination about his release within the subsequent one to two days.

This arrest is in relation to the unfortunate stabbing of an individual known as Saif. Currently, I’m held in police custody for a period of five days.

Authorities are meticulously planning to reconstruct the crime scene at Saif’s residence in Bandra. Their aim is to gain a clearer understanding of the events that transpired leading up to this unfortunate incident.

In a plot twist, an individual named Shehzad, who had ill intentions of burglarizing the Khan family residence, successfully ascended to the 12th floor by scaling a pipe and slipped into the house through a bathroom window. It was within this very bathroom where the actor’s team initially detected the intruder, instigating a clash that culminated in the actor being wounded with a knife as he attempted to mediate the situation.

The event transpired approximately at 2:00 AM on January 16, leading to severe injuries for Saif Ali Khan, which included stab wounds to his backbone area.

Shehzad was caught as he tried to escape towards his hometown in Bangladesh, specifically the Hiranandani Estate area of Thane. The authorities stated that Shehzad originates from the district of Jhalokati in Bangladesh.
