In simpler terms, Pas Normal Studios from Copenhagen and Italian brand Diemme have been collaborating on outdoor-inspired gear. Their latest joint project, the third installment of their partnership, presents the Movida 92 – a contemporary take on Diemme’s Movida design. Just like all other Diemme products, this shoe is meticulously made by hand in Italy.
With an emphasis on adaptability, the Movida 92 model is said to draw inspiration from the majestic ruggedness of mountains. The cycling experts at Pas Normal Studios decided to design it for more than just bike trips – from exploring off-the-beaten-path trails to your everyday commute. This sleek shoe boasts a “Desert Oasis” suede calf leather upper, which showcases Diemme’s mountain logo at the front, and sports a rubber toe cap in a vibrant “Reed Green.” The Vibram friction rubber outsole, favoring a darker hue, reinforces each step. Additional details include reflective co-branding on both the tongue and heel, as well as brand callouts at the sockliner. Each pair comes with a custom box that includes special wrapping paper and a dust bag for storage.
